Dr. Kim is a participating provider for many insurance plans, Medicare and workers’ compensation provider networks (MPNs). Below find a partial list of insurances that our office accepts. To assure insurance coverage, we recommend that you contact your plan to verify your benefits and your plan’s current list of providers. HMO patients require prior authorization from their insurance (requested by your Primary Care Provider). Workers’ Compensation patients will also require prior authorization from their insurance carrier.
